7.3 When the print quality is poor

Cause
Treatment
The toner seal of the drum/toner
cartridge is not pulled out.
Multiple sheets of paper are fed at
once (double feeding).
The toner in the drum/toner
cartridge has been used up.
The drum/toner cartridge is
defective or damaged.
May be due to high voltage
problem.
The paper has moisture.
The paper used is not suitable.
The toner seal is not pulled out
completely.
Remove the seal from the drum/toner
cartridge.
