Print Utility
Menu Item Explanation
PCL 6 Settings Prints the setting content of PCL 6 mode printer.

Printer Settings Prints the information in the system menu.

Error History Prints information related to printer errors.

Print History Prints information related to print job processed. It can be used to check whether or not the
print job ends normally.

JTSvr Settings Prints the information in the template storing server.

Note (1): The paper sizes that can be used for printing are A4, B4, A3 and they are selected automatically from
the paper cassettes loaded. The order of selection is A4, B4 and A3.
If the paper cassette of the printable paper sizes is not loaded, a message requesting for loading of
paper will be shown in the display and printing will commence once the paper cassette is loaded.
Look (1): Key operations are not accessible during printing.
(2): The maximum number of entries is 50. When the limit of 50 is exceeded, earlier information will be
automatically deleted.
(3): Will be erased when NV memory is initialized.
