A2. High capacity feeder
To use the High Capacity Feeder (HCF), you need to understand
how to perform the following tasks:
•
Install the feeder.
•
Load paper.
•
Use the control panel to select the high capacity feeder as a
paper source.
High Capacity Feeder (HCF)
A High Capacity Feeder (HCF) may be purchased as an accessory
for your 4213 laser printer. The HCF addresses the need for an
increased paper supply without requiring additional software or
printer cable modifications. The HCF is available in A4 (210 by
297 mm) paper size.
The HCF has the following capabilities:
•
Supplies a 1,500 sheet feed source of A4 paper.
•
Paper weight range of 60 gsm—90 gsm (16 lb—24 lb)
•
Feeds into the manual bypass slot.
•
Retains the single sheet bypass function for special papers.
•
Capable of being the feed source for 2-sided printing.
