Is the paper tray correctly
installed? No? Install the paper tray
correctly.
Yes? Call your local Rank Xerox
service representative.
Prints exit with dogears. Is the paper damp? Yes? Remove the affected paper,
or use paper from a new
package.
Paper jam occurs after paper
is loaded in paper trays. Is paper under the snubber in
the paper trays? No? Clear all jammed paper.
Remove paper trays and
make sure that the paper is
under the paper snubbers.
Is paper in the tray above the
black max fill line? Yes? Remove excess paper.
In 2-sided mode, paper
stacks poorly and has
excessive paper curl. Is the paper 60-gsm (16-lbs)
or less? No? Use paper of the specified
weight. Do not use 60-gsm
(16-lb) paper.
Paper stacks poorly in the
exit tray. Is the paper damp? Yes? Remove the affected paper,
or use paper from a new
package.
Is the paper in the paper tray
the specified type? No? Use paper of the specified
type.
Is paper loaded correctly? No? Remove the paper, then
reload the paper correctly.
Yes? 1. Turn or flip the paper in
the paper tray.
2. Remove old paper. Add
new paper per package
