Remove any paper jammed in the printer by pulling it gently
upwards and towards the rear of the printer, opposite the
paper flow.
Caution: Avoid touching the shiny, blue surface of the print
cartridge. Damage to the blue surface can cause print defects.

Close the top cover by pushing it down firmly until it latches
into place and is flush with the cover.
4.
Lift slightly and remove the lower paper tray. Make sure
that the paper is seated correctly in the tray under the paper
snubbers and below the MAX line on the side of the tray.
