USING THE 4213 MENUS
Making selections at the Test Menu
This section shows which buttons on the control panel are used
for accessing the Test Menu, advancing through the menu items,
and, if applicable, selecting options.
If necessary, refer to “Control panel,” in chapter 2, “Overview,”
for a diagram showing the location of the control panel buttons.
Accessing the Test Menu
Use the following buttons at the printer control panel:
H 1. Press the Online button to take the printer off line. (The
green online indicator light is not lit.)
B 2. Immediately press and release the Test button to display the
first Test Menu item. The display reads:

CONFIG SHEET
Selecting Test Menu options
3. Use the following buttons at the printer control panel to
move through the different menu items:

Use the Last Page button to move the display to the right
to display the menu options.
A
•
Use the Menu button to move to the next higher menu
level.
D
•
Use the Select button to print the Configuration or Font
Status sheet.
D
•
Use the Select button to start or stop the data monitor
mode.
H
•
Use the Online button to exit the menu. The online
indicator light is lit.
