length for the HD800/110FT-8 is 610mm,
24 inches. The length of the seachest must
be measured so the correct length of soun-
dome will be supplied with the system.

Special Notes:
For shipping, the vent screw located on top of the
reservoir has been replaced by a non-vented
screw. This non-vented screw keeps the
reservoir from leaking during shipping.
After installing the hydraulic power pack,
replace the non-vented screw with the
vented screw. The pressure relief valve is
adjusted to 800 psi at WESMAR. The valve
can be adjusted using a screwdriver. Valve
is located on the left side of the pump. The
FT hydraulic power pack does not require
a fl ow control valve.
Part F: Hydraulic Hoist Installation
1. Soundome Tube Length FT
The soundome tube will be pre-cut and machined
at the factory to fi t the length of seachest
on board the vessel.

Rack Assembly
Hoist rack assembly for the FT models are as-
sembled at WESMAR.
4. Soundome Tube Installation
Same for FT model.
5. Soundome Safety Clamp and Tube Clamp
5.1. In addition to the tube clamp, the FT
models use a safety clamp. Slide the
safety clamp down the soundome tube.
Do not tighten at this time.
5.2. Remove the cross steel plates connect-
ing the four angle legs together. Align
the four tube clamp guides so the angle
legs fi t inside the clamp guides.
