INSTALLATION AND OPERATION

NOTES FOR FABRICATION:

1. Use 6-inch Schedule 80 steel pipe (5.761 I.D. nominal).

2. Minimum length of seachest for standard ram hoist is 53.3 cm (21 inches).

3. Length of seachest for hydraulic hoist is 1 meter (39.4 inches). If the seachest length
is

not one meter you must talk to WESMAR prior to ordering the sonar.

4. Paint seachest inside and out with same paint system used on the hull.

5. DO NOT paint surface of flange.
