tor. The AC motor will rotate. Two seconds after K1
energizes K3 (down) or K2 (up) relay will energize
supplying voltage to the solenoid valve. The activated
solenoid valve will direct the hydraulic pressure to the
hydraulic cylinder for lowering or lifting the soundome.
The time delay action allows the AC motor to develop
horsepower before the load is applied.
The AC Hoist Motor and AC Hoist Board have been
prewired at the factory for 115 or 220 volt operation.
The hoist voltage of your system can be determined by
checking the jumpers under the transformer at the top
of the hoist board.
15.2.1 Voltage to AC Hoist Board
Connect Ship’s AC power to the following terminals
located top right on the Hoist Board:
Terminal 32 (AC Ground)
Terminal 31 (AC) INPUT
Terminal 30 (AC) INPUT
Use 2.4 mm diameter wire (12 AWG) from Ship’s
AC.
15.2.2 Voltage to AC Hoist Motor
Terminal lugs 35 and 36 are prewired to the AC
hoist motor.
Connect terminal lugs to the same numbered ter-
minals on the Hoist Board.
15.2.3 Wiring the AC Solenoid
Terminal lugs 37, 38, and 39 are prewired to the
solenoid valve.
Connect terminal lugs to the same numbered ter-
minals on the Hoist Board.
Terminal 38 lowers the soundome when powered.
16.4 Connecting Power Booster to Junction Box
16.4.1 Make sure AC voltage to the power
booster is turned off. Make sure the console is
turned off.
