INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Remove the oil fi ll plug located on the side of the
reservoir.
Pour oil through a funnel until it begins to fl ow out the
oil fi ll hole. Air will be able to escape out the vented
thumb screw above.
Replace the oil fi ll plug.
22.0 BLEEDING
THE
HYDRAULIC
SYSTEM
The hydraulic hoists are self-bleeding. If air bubbles do get
into the hoses, they will be expelled when the hoist has been
raised and lowered several times.
PART F: ANTIFOULING PAINT
WESMAR does not recommend painting the soundome
boot. However, a thin, even layer of antifouling paint
can be applied to the soundome boot ONLY if marine
growth is substantial.
A thicker layer can be applied to the soundome bell.
NOTE:
Use a non-lead base paint designed for plastic
surfaces.
