Description:
Time in milliseconds until the phone plays the internal ringer after early
media announcement is finished.
Example:
<--- INVITE (outgoing phone call)
---> 180 Ringing (phone plays internal ringtone)
...
---> 183 Pr SDP (phone plays the incoming early media
instead of internal ringtone)
...
---> 180 Ringing (if early media is disrupted for x seconds
the phone will play the internal ringtone again)
and so on

Description:
On a hold call the phone sends out STUN packets to keep the RTP port
open by default. Set this setting to off to switch this behaviour off.

dynamically taken, specify the start port (setting rtp_port_start) and end
port number, respectively, in these fields.
