Specifies how incoming and outgoing calls are displayed:

Full Contact: The complete URL is shown

Name: Only the name is displayed

Number: Only the number is displayed

Name+Number: Name and number are displayed

Name: Number and name are displayed

Please also note user_pui_treats_uri_username_as_fallback_for

(SETTINGS, HELP, PGM, ...). If it is set, it overrides the configured keys in 
the gui_fkey* settings.

CAUTION: The gui_fkey* settings are still and always used for choosing 
the label text/icon of the softkeys!
