Fill the tank with water per the picture below.

Fill the tank until it is approximately 3/4 full and replace the water tank cover to the original
position.

Adjusting the flow

The water flow valve is set at the factory before shipping.  However, if the flow of water
needs to be adjusted to obtain the correct flow, the valve may need to me adjusted.  Locate
the water flow valve per the picture below.  It is located just below and behind the center of
the water collection tray that is at the base of the vice.

 

Remove the T-Slot table.  The machine needs to be put into rotary axis mode.  To do this,
power the machine on.  Wait approximately 10 seconds for the machine to initialize and
press the 

Goto Home

 button.  Press the 

Rotary Axis

 button on the pendant.  The LCD will

display the screen below.
