Accompaniments Gratins
Remove the fibrous parts of the leek and cut it into slices

1 cm thick. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
For the sauce, mix the egg, sour single cream and milk

together, stir in the cheese and season.
Put the potatoes, leek and sauce into the greased porcelain

dish and mix them together. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds
over the top.
Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf at level 2 of the
4
cold cooking space. Hot air humid 200 °C, 30 minutes,
followed by 180 °C, 15 minutes.
Tip
Replace half of the potatoes with pumpkin.

180 g sour single cream
1–1½ dl milk
100 g grated cheese
