Mix the flour, sugar and yeast together in a bowl,

add the lukewarm milk, butter and salt, then knead to a
smooth dough. Put the dough into a bowl, cover it
with a damp cloth and leave it at room temperature until
it has doubled in volume (1–1½ hours).
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions, shape them

into balls and put them in the greased porcelain dish. Leave
to rise for another 5–10 minutes.
For the glaze, heat the milk, sugar and butter together,

then pour half of the liquid around the dough balls.
Put the porcelain dish on to the wire shelf at level 2 of the

preheated cooking space. Hot air humid 180 °C,
15 minutes.
After 15 minutes pour the remaining glaze around the

dumplings. Continue with Hot air humid 180 °C, 1
5 minutes.

30 g sugar
1 diced yeast, crumbled
2½ dl lukewarm milk
50 g melted butter
1 tsp salt
Glaze
2 dl milk
3 tbsp sugar
30 g butter
