The following window displays when you start the Dual BIOS Utility.

Boot From - Designates the startup BIOS.
❖
Main ROM Type - Indicates the ROM type where the Main BIOS is stored.
❖
Backup ROM Type - Indicates the ROM type where the Backup BIOS is stored.
❖
Wide Range Protection - Do not change this setting.
❖
Boot From - Specifies the startup BIOS.
❖
Auto Recovery - If a checksum error occurs in the Main BIOS or Backup BIOS, the
active BIOS automatically corrects the checksum. (If you set the ACPI Suspend Type
option to "Suspend to RAM" in the BIOS Setup Utility’s Power Management Setup
window, the Auto Recovery option also is automatically set to "Enabled.")

Halt On Error - If an error occurs in the BIOS when this option is set to "Enabled," the
startup procedure is suspended temporarily and a message displays, prompting you
to take further action.
❖
Copy Main ROM Data to Backup - Determines how to display a backup message.
This option is set automatically and cannot be changed.
