- Where digits 6-7 shows the step number in which the error occurred.
PASS shows the pass count where the error occurred.
STS shows the error status. The meaning of the error status depends on the test item.
ADDR shows the address where the error occurred
WD shows the write-data at the occurrence of the error.
RD shows the read-data at the occurrence of the error.
ERROR NAME / DETAILS shows the error name and its detail information.
Key Operations for Log Utilities
To scroll the error log screen or to save and to clear the error log information, use the
following keys:
System Configuration Display
04.SYSTEM CONIGURATION screen displays configuration information. Information on
screens varies depending on the configuration. Use the following keys to check and
change your configuration:
NOTE: Depending on the test, digits 6-7 are not always displayed.

Finishes the error log screen and returns to the Main
Menu

Clears the error log information

Prints out the error log information

Reads the error log information saved on the floppy
disk

Saves the error information on the floppy disk
NOTE: When the error log information is cleared using the 1 key, any error
information recorded on the diskette is also cleared.
