of the file to save.When the saved file name has the same name as the internally
stored file, the system cannot save it. Users can check whether the file name to be
saved and the internally stored file are duplicated by querying the command:
SYSTem:INTerFile?.

Shorthand for command: :SYST:INTF:LOAD <name>
Command description: This command is used to load internally stored files. <name> indicates the name of
the file to load. When the loaded file name is not in the internally stored file, the
system will not load. The user can check whether the file name to be loaded is in
the internally stored file by querying the command: SYSTem:INTerFile?
