Display Section]
The display appears as follows if the recording function has been enabled on the
Microphone Console setting screen:

Function
(1) Peak Indicator
Lights red when the input level of the audio input channel set on the
microphone console screen e8 dB.
(2) Signal Indicator
Lights green when the input level of the audio input channel set on the
microphone console screen exceeds −40 dB.
(3) Playback Button
Plays back the announcement recorded during microphone broadcast.
When a Broadcasting Destination button has been selected, the recorded
content is broadcast to the selected destination.
When no Broadcasting Destination button has been selected, the
recorded contents are played back through the monitor speaker.
(4) Stop Button
Stops the recorded broadcast currently being played back.
(5) Recording Status
Bar
Displays the remaining time of the recorded contents.
The remaining allowable recording time is shown in a count-down format
during microphone broadcast. The remaining playback time is shown in a
count-down format during payback of the recorded content.
Operation
Each operation example is explained in reference to the examples shown on the
microphone console screen and button settings.
NOTE:
Microphone broadcasts, external input broadcasts and emergency microphone
broadcasts, which are explained below, cannot be simultaneously initiated.
[Microphone Broadcasts]
1. Selecting broadcast destinations.
Clicking ‘Broadcasting Destination 1’ and ‘Broadcasting Destination 2’ buttons
displays the destination set for each button, causing each button to light in a
color indicating that they are currently selected.
To cancel the selection, click the button again. The button’s color returns to its
original display color.
To cancel all selections, click the ‘Clear all Broadcasting Destinations’ button.
2. Setting the chime tone.
When the ‘Chime’ button is clicked, its color changes to indicate that it is
currently selected and the chime is enabled.
3. Starting microphone broadcasts.
When the ‘Microphone’ button is clicked, its color changes to indicate that a
broadcast is in progress, and microphone broadcasting can begin. If the chime
function has been enabled, a chime tone (ascending 4-note tone) is broadcast,
which can be heard through the connected IP-3010AF interface monitor speaker.
During chime play, the color of the ‘Chime’ button changes to indicate that the
chime is currently sounding.
