3. Confirm the recorded contents.
Pressing Function Key 12 causes the recorded contents to be played back from
the IP-300RM unit’s built-in speaker. Status Indicator 12 continuously lights
during playback of recorded contents.
4. Terminate the confirmation of the recorded contents.
Pressing Function Key 12 again terminates playback. If playback is finished,
Status Indicator 12 extinguishes.
5. Set whether to sound a chime or not.
If Function Key 13 (Chime) is pressed, Status Indicator 13 (Chime) lights to
indicate that the chime function is enabled.
6. Select a broadcasting destination and begin the broadcast of the recorded
contents.
If Function Key 1 is pressed, the broadcasting destination is selected and Status
Indicator 1 lights green.

the IP-300RM unit’s built-in speaker. Status Indicator 12 continuously lights
during playback of recorded contents.
If the chime function has been enabled, a chime tone (ascending 4-note tone)
will also sound. In this event, the chime tone can be heard from the IP-300RM
unit’s built-in speaker. Status Indicator 13 (Chime) flashes while the chime is
sounding. When the chime ends, Status Indicator 13 (Chime) lights to indicate
that the broadcasting of recorded contents can begin.
7. Terminate recorded contents broadcasts.
The broadcast is finished when all recorded broadcast contents are played back.
If the chime function has been enabled, a chime tone (descending 4-note tone)
will also sound. In this event, the chime tone can be heard from the IP-300RM
unit’s built-in speaker. Status Indicator 13 (Chime) flashes while the chime is
sounding. When the chime play is finished, Status Indicator 13 (Chime) lights. If
the broadcast of the recorded contents is finished, Status Indicator 13 and
Status Indicator 1 for the selected broadcasting destination lights, and the
selection of broadcasting destinations is terminated.
NOTE:
If Function Key 13 is pressed again while the recorded contents are being
broadcast, the broadcast can be cancelled partway through its operation.
