Detachable Terminal Plug Connections
1. Connect wires to the detachable terminal plug.
1-1.Loosen terminal screws and
insert wires.
1-2.Fasten the terminal screws
securely.
Ensure that the wires do not
separate from the plug by pulling
them. If they come free, loosen the
terminal screws and repeat these
steps again.
2.
Insert the terminal plug
into the interface’s terminal block.
3.
Tighten the fixing screws.
(DC power input terminal only.)
NOTE:
●
Do not reverse Steps 1 and 2. When
tightening the terminal screws, force is
applied to the connector pins on the
internal circuit board, potentially causing
contact failure.
When removing the terminal plug, pull it straight out. The terminal plug or terminal block could
be damaged if forcibly pulled out at an angle.
[Information]
● Connection wire size
Conductor cross-sectional area : 0.5 – 1.5mm

AWG : Corresponding to AWG 28 – 12
● Wire stripping length

When using a ferrule
terminal fitted with an insulating sleeve, strip
the wire jacket back 8mm or more and cut off
the protruding section.
NOTE:
In the case of stranded or shielded wires,
do not solder (or tin) the length of
exposed wire after stripping. When the
wire is tightened in the terminal, the solder
may be crushed, increasing contact resistance and potentially causing the temperature at
the connection point to rise abnormally.
●
To prevent core wires from coming loose when 2 wires or a signal wire is connected to a single
terminal, crimp such wires with a ferrule terminal fitted with an insulating sleeve.
