4. Terminate emergency microphone broadcasts.
Press the Emergency key again to terminate the emergency microphone
broadcast. If the chime function has been enabled, a chime tone (descending 4-
note tone) will also sound. In this event, the chime tone can be heard from the
IP-300RM unit’s built-in speaker. Status Indicator 13 (Chime) flashes while the
chime is sounding. When the chime ends, Status Indicator 13 (Chime) lights.
When the emergency microphone broadcast is finished, Status Indicator 14
(Microphone) and the status indicators for all selected broadcasting destinations
extinguish and the selection of broadcasting destinations is terminated.
[Pattern activated broadcasts]
1. Start pattern activated broadcast.
If Function Key 5 is pressed, Status Indicator 5 (pattern activation) lights to
indicate pattern activated broadcasting can begin.
2. Terminate pattern activated broadcast.
Press Function Key 5 again to terminate the pattern activated broadcast. If a
busy signal from currently playing equipment set for the pattern activated
broadcast is transmitted to the IP-3010AF’s control input, the pattern activated
broadcast ends when the ‘Busy’ signal switches OFF. Status Indicator 5 (pattern
activation) extinguishes when the broadcast is terminated.

[Monitor Selection Playback Example]
1. Playback monitor announcement.
Pressing Function Key 6 allows monitor input announcements to be played back
through the IP-300RM’s built-in speaker. Status Indicator 6 continuously lights
during playback.
2. Terminate monitor announcements.
Press Function Key 6 again to terminate monitor announcement..
Status Indicator 6 extinguishes when terminated.
NOTE:
Monitors are selected alternatively. When switching monitor announcements,
first terminate the monitor announcement currently being played back.
[Microphone Broadcast Recording and Playback]
1. Start microphone broadcast.
The contents of the microphone broadcast are recorded by the IP-300RM
remote microphone. Status Indicator 11 (Recording) continuously lights during
recording.
2. Terminate microphone broadcasts.
Recording ends. Recording time is one minute or less. If the microphone
broadcast is not finished within one minute, the broadcast will not be recorded.
Status Indicator 11 (Recording) extinguishes when the recording is finished or
one minute elapses after the microphone broadcast begins.
