* Setting to a value smaller than the number of digits displayed by D-STEP/TDO is possible (position
data errors will occur if the speed value is specified as 0 or the acceleration/deceleration value
as 9 or below), but the value displayed on D-STEP/TDO will round off the smallest digit (the third
decimal place, if the D-STEP/TDO display shows two decimal places).
As well, when saving data to a file, the value displayed on D-STEP will be saved.
