A-0 CHECK THE EFFICIENCY OF THE
OVERLOAD WARNING SYSTEM
When power is turned on, the DLE load limiting system
runs a self-test. In the case of troubles, LED’s

start flashing, the buzzer sounds, an error code is
shown on the display
and the machine enters the
alarm mode and cannot be operated.
The meaning of the error messages is shown in Section
2.
To do a manual check, it will be enough to load a weight
exceeding the maximum permitted with the boom fully
out and attempt to lift it. The system shall enter in alarm.
If the system does not warn of the alarm, please contact
the TEREXLIFT Technical Assistance Service.
