Adjustment Procedures Overview
The following procedures describe adjustments to the current probes and
amplifiers. Before performing the adjustment procedures, do the following:
1.
If you are adjusting an amplifier, remove the outer case to gain access to the
adjustments. Refer to
Disassembly
on page 7--3. Next, attach the calibration
adapter to the amplifier.
2.
If you are adjusting a probe, attach the current probe to the amplifier.
3.
Turn the power on and allow the entire system to warm up for a minimum of
20 minutes. Warm up any test equipment that is listed at the beginning of the
procedure used.
The recommended calibration interval is one year.
Table 6--1 lists the adjustments you can make to the amplifiers and probes.
