Bandwidth (TCP404XL)
The bandwidth of the probe is derived as a function of the probe rise time. The
rise time (

) is measured in nanoseconds between the 10% and 90% points of the
leading edge of the pulse. (Refer to the procedure beginning on page 5--36). To
calculate the probe bandwidth, use the following formula:
