Einstellung der Ablagetiefe bei festem Saat-
gestänge
a) Einstellung des Rads
(Einstellung Standardposition
II
)
- Vor der Einstellung der Ablagetiefe müssen Sie den
Radandruck bestimmen.
Diese Einstellung ist von den Bodenverhältnissen abhängig:
Trockener Boden: Position I für höchsten Druck
Angetrockneter Boden: Position II
Feuchter Boden: Position III um die Ablagetiefe steuern
zu können, ohne die Oberfläche der Reihe zu glätten
Bei Ablagetiefen > 6 cm Position

Anmerkung:
- Bei stark haftenden Bodenverhältnissen Räder anheben,
um keine Saat aus der Saatfurche zu heben.
In diesem Fall wird die Ablagetiefe durch das
Parallelogramm gesteuert und die Saatfurche durch die
nachlaufende Egge geschlossen.
b) Einstellung der Ablagetiefe
Die Ablagetiefe kann nicht mit den Rädern eingestellt
werden.
(siehe obenstehender Punkt)
- Spannstangen einstellen, um die Saatablagetiefe höher
oder tiefer einzustellen.
- Die Marke

seitlich an der Pleuelstange benutzen, um
rechts und links die gleiche Einstellung zu erreichen.
Anmerkung:
- Bei Saatarten mit großer Ablagetiefe: wenn trotz maximal
erhöhter Länge der Spannstangen – um die Ablagetiefe zu
erhöhen – die gewünschte Ablagetiefe nicht erreicht wird,
«fressen» die Räder zuviel Druck.
In diesem Fall das Rad eine Position höher einstellen, um der
Scheibe wieder Druck zu verleihen.

Rigid bar depth setting
a) Adjusting the following wheel
(Normal setting is position

)
- Before setting the working depth you must set the load
pressure of the following wheels.
This setting is dictated by the ground conditions:
Dry ground position I for maximum pressure
Moist ground position II
Wet ground position III to control the depth without
smearing the top of the row
Drilling at depth > 6 cm

NB:
- If the conditions are very sticky, remove the following
wheels so as not to drag seed grains from the furrow.
In this case, the depth is controlled by the parallelogram
linkage and the furrow is closed by the rear harrow.
b) Setting the drilling depth
If the depth is not set by means of the following wheels.
(see previous point)
- Adjust the tie rods to increase or reduce the drilling depth.
- Use the scale I located on the side of the connecting rod
to ensure equal left and right adjustment.
NB:
- When drilling at great depths, if increasing the length of
the tie rods to increase the drilling depth does not allow
you to attain the desired drilling depth, it is because the
following wheels are absorbing too much pressure.
In this case, raise the following wheel by one position in
order to return pressure to the disc.

Réglage de terrage des rampes rigides
a) Réglage roulette
(Réglage standard position II )
- Avant de régler la profondeur de terrage, vous devez
déterminer la pression d’appui des roulettes.
Ce réglage est dicté par vos conditions de sol :
Sol sec position
I
pour un maximum de pression
Sol ressuyé position
II
Sol humide position
III
pour contrôler la profondeur sans
lisser le dessus du rang
Semis à profondeur > 6 cm IV
Remarque :
- En cas de conditions très collantes, retirer les roulettes pour
ne pas sortir de grains du sillon. Dans ce cas, la profondeur
est contrôlée par le parallélogramme et le sillon est refermé
par la herse arrière.
b) Réglage de la profondeur de semis
La profondeur ne se règle pas avec les roulettes.
(voir point précédent)
- Ajuster les tirants, pour augmenter ou diminuer la
profondeur de semis.
- Utiliser le repère I placé sur côté de la bielle pour avoir le
même positionnement à droite et à gauche.
Remarque :
- En cas de semis à forte profondeur, si l’augmentation de la
longueur des tirants pour accroître la profondeur de semis,
ne permet pas d’atteindre la profondeur désirée, c’est que
les roulettes “consomment” trop de pression.
- Dans ce cas, relever la roulette d’une position, pour
redonner la pression au disque.
