SECTION 2 | SERVICING THE HIGH LIFT TRUCK
2.1.7 | Scheduled Service
Scheduled service consists of preventive maintenance procedures that
assure long and dependable unit operation, if performed on a regular
schedule.
Perform scheduled service in accordance with the guidelines below:

Check the hydraulic
fluid reservoir level.
100 hours
Check visually by
observing level gauge on
the tank.
Change the hydraulic oil
filter element on both
oil filters.
After first 50
hours and
every 250 hours
thereafter.
Twist off the element and
replace with identical
item.
Check hydraulic fittings
for leaks and tighten or
replace as necessary.
50 hours
Check visually.
Check all hydraulic
hoses for cracks,
cuts, abrasions, or
deterioration. Replace
as required.
50 hours
Check visually.
Check hydraulic pump,
control valve, and
cylinders for leaks,
proper attachment,
general condition, and
proper operation.
100 hours
Check visually.
Change hydraulic oil.
Annually
Drain oil from drain plug
provided beneath the
tank. Add Chevron Rykon
Premium AW32
Flush out the tank
hydraulic strainer.
Each oil change
Remove strainer from the
tank and rinse.
Hydraulic oil reservoir
Add as required.
Change annually.
Hydraulic oil
Chevron Rykon

Steam clean roller
tracks on lift.
Semi-annually
Locate and steam clean
Change fuel filter for
generator unit.
Semi-annually
Remove filter and replace
with like item.
