COMPONENT
DESCRIPTION
Pressure Switch,
Stabilizers Set
This switch prevents the van body from being
raised unless the stabilizers are down and
pressurized. It is normally open (N.O.), and is
mounted on the right front stabilizer. It also
controls the stabilizers set indicators located
in the cab and the van body.
Hydraulic Solenoid Valves
Solenoid, Lift Up
This solenoid on the body lift spool of the
directional control valve allows upward
movement of the lift hydraulic cylinders. It is
actuated by either the body up switch in the
cab or the body up switch in the van body
front control station.
Solenoid, Lift Down
This solenoid on the body lift spool of the
directional control valve allows downward
movement of the lift hydraulic cylinders. It is
actuated by either the body down switch in
the cab or the body down switch in the van
body front control station.
Solenoid, Stabilizers Up
This solenoid on the stabilizer spool of the
directional control valve allows upward
movement of the stabilizer hydraulic
cylinders. It is actuated by the stabilizers up
switch in the cab.
Solenoid, Stabilizers
Down
This solenoid on the stabilizer spool of the
directional control valve allows downward
movement of the stabilizer hydraulic
cylinders. It is actuated by the stabilizers
down switch in the cab.
Solenoid, Cylinder Lock
Valves
These lock valve solenoids release the
lock valves on the two van body hydraulic
cylinders. They are actuated by either the
body down switch in the cab or the body
down switch in the van body.
Rear Lift Gate
Lift Gate Circuit Breaker
This 135 amp. circuit breaker provides circuit
protection for the lift gate electric motor and
start solenoid. It is located inside the engine
compartment on the right hand side.
