1.2.5.3 | Emergency Hydraulic System Operation
These procedures are for raising the stabilizers when there is no electrical
power available, with the engine-driven hydraulic pump disabled.
1. Locate override lever marked emergency stabilizers up on stabilizer
section of hydraulic directional control valve. Hold lever inward to
release the valve.
2. Locate hand pump adjacent to directional control valve. Place
extension handle on hand pump. Pump hand pump repeatedly until
all stabilizer legs are fully retracted.
3. After raising stabilizers, reset system as follows:
a) Release override lever on stabilizer section of directional control
valve. This resets the stabilizer directional valve.
NOTE:
Body must be fully lowered in
order to retract stabilizer legs
by any means.
NOTE:
The emergency stabilizers up
override lever can be used with
the power pack as well as with
the hand pump if current is
available for the power pack.
