Note:
The inner stubs (arrows) must be
lined up with the sealing face on the
crankcase and the curvature on the
gasket must face towards the
carburetor.

Rest the piston (1) on the
wooden assembly block (2)
1108 893 4800.
– Lubricate the piston and piston
rings with oil and line up the
piston rings,

Use the clamping strap (1)
0000 893 2600 to compress the
rings around the piston.
– Ensure that the piston rings have
been installed correctly.
– Lubricate the inside of the
cylinder with oil.

– Before positioning the cylinder on
the piston, line it up as it will be in
the installed condition.
Note:
When fitting the cylinder, ensure
that the clamping strap firmly
encloses the piston and that none of
the piston rings protrudes.

Carefully slide the cylinder over
the piston, the clamping strap
moves downwards at the same
time.
– Remove the clamping strap and
wooden assembly block
(arrows).

– Carefully line up the cylinder and
cylinder gasket.
:
Insert the screws through the
holes (arrows) but tighten them
only moderately.
– Push the manifold onto the

cylinder port.
– Note the correct installed position
of the hose clips,
– Tighten the screws down
crosswise.
– Tightening torque,
– If necessary, fit the
decompression valve and screw
it down tightly,
– Reassemble remaining parts in
reverse order.
