To install the kit:
1. Start with installing additional bulks if necessary. See point 12.1 for
more information if necessary.
2. Then remove the cushions, releasing the rubber canvas and the
cushions’ supports. See point 15.2 for more information if necessary.
3. Once you have removed the cushions, you can install the trunk stop
piece. First remove the trunk stop that is mounted and remove its
rubber piece. Instal the stop piece of the young tree kit in the position
that is marked by its screws (see previous drawings).
We do recommend you to keep in a safe place the rubber arms
for normal trees in a safe place, so that you will find them in a
good state when you need them.
It is important that
ALL the rubber pieces and parts are in a good
state and are not cracked nor damaged.
If you see a rubber piece of the arm in a poor state, replace it at
once with a new one. Otherwise, it is likely to have negative
effect on the working efficiency, and also to damage trees and
the machine.
Yon can order these parts to our dealer, who will advise the best
solutions for your machine.
4. Once you have installed the metallic piece of the trunk stop, take the
rubber part of the trunk stop that you have dismounted and fix it to the
metalic piece you have just installed.
5. Then, install the piece to reduce the opening width of the head, ONLY
ON THE LETFT ARM , as shown on the drawings. Then fix the cushion
for young trees with its support and after the red rubber canvas pieces
of the youn tree kit.
