If you have to handle one or various pump(s), you will have to shut off the
valve of oil exit (A) which stands on the inferior part of the tank to avoid any
unexpected leakage (see photo).
Once you have finished, open the valve of oil exit (A) in order to allow the oil to
be driven to the pumps. It is very important to run pumps with oil, otherwise they
could get dameged.
Before to remove a pump from its place, it is very important to check
that the valve of oil exit is totally closed because, if it is not, the tank
could be emptied.
JUST AFTER HAVING ASSEMBLIED THE PUMP BACK TO ITS PLACE, IT IS
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO OPEN THE VALVE OF OIL EXIT, OTHERWISE
PUMPS WILL SEIZE UP!
In order to avoid this problem, put back into place the clamp that locks
the position of the valve to prevent any unexpected closing from
happening.
