10. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
The hydraulic system is a very important part of of your machine as the good
working all the elements of the harvester depends on it. We have designed the
hydraulic system to use standards elements with the highest possible quality in order
to avoid problems retated to running and replacement of spare parts.
The hydraulic system is made up of 3 independent circuits so that each
important element is run by its own pump and features working autonomy. These
pumps are run from a multiplying box that is connected to the tractor through a PTO
shaft.
10.1. Components of the hydraulic system in the harvest box.
Starting from the front part of the harvest box, there are the box and the shaking
heads that are equipped with:
(A) Engines of the shaking head: they move the bulks
that produce vibration.
(B) Hydraulic cylinder to open/close the shaking
head around the trunk of trees.
There also may be another hydraulic cylinder on
the head to angle it transversally (it depends on
the model that you have bought).
