23. DISMOUNTING THE FRUIT-DRIVING WORM SCREWS
To dismount them:
1) Remove the hydraulic pipes of the superior part, as on
photo 02-00, and put a pipe that will connect both
ends
(A)
2) Loosen the set screw (C) as on photo 02.01, remove
the screws (B) that fix the bracket (4 screws on each
bracket) and remove the set of engine and bracket.
3) The worm screws that drive fruits from the
box into the peelers (D), as on photo
02.03, have remained loose. You just
have to pull them from their housing on
the end to remove them.
