E. STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS:
Structural elements of the machine will be under waranty if they experience
some deterioration because of a defect in manufacturing or assembling. We will
never accept under warranty any part nor element that was broken or deformed due
to collisions, overexertion not related to working, etc.
F. LABOUR, DISPLACEMENT AND TRANSPORT COSTS.
The warranty, within its period of validity, will cover the parts, and will exclude labour
and travelling costs, and transport costs.
G. ELEMENTS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
The under-sated elements are excluded from warranty for several reasons:
§
Those elements that naturally wear with work (wear parts).
§
Those elements whose operating life depends on how operators work, like
driving arms or cylinders of rack-system. These elements get caught on
branches and get deformed when forcing. Sometimes it happens to arms,
sometimes to the cylinders, and even to both of them. These deteriorations
are not manufacturing defects.
§
Other elements, like front-loader, can be supplied by the customer and, in
case they are mounted to the harvester by SOLANO Horizonte S.L.U. upon
request of the customer, they are not part of the harvester and so, the
warranty is responsibility of the company that manufactured those elements.
