Once you have opened the peeler, remove the 2 screws

(A)

(photo 13.05) and

the screw

(B)

from the end of the shaft, so that you can remove the bearings of

the shaft of the peelers

(C).

Then, pull out the shaft on which rubber star

pieces are mounted (photo 13.03).
