Maintainance and replacement of rubber "stars" of peelers.

Even when the peeler is run at an adequate speed, the rubber star pieces will

experience a natural wear due to work. You will have to replace them when
necessary. To do so:

Remove the 3 screws

(A)

of photo 13.04, that fix the hinged cover of peelers to

the box.

You must wear safety gloves and safety boots.

Maintainance operations are not free of hazards and accident risks.
