Replacing the rubber star pieces is easy and do not require any special tool. It is
very important that these rubber star pieces are in a good state to get a good working
efficiency from the peeler.
There is no special guideline to replace them with regards of the number of
working hours. The wear will depend on factors like the quantity and size of fruits, the
conditions of trees as some pieces of dry branches may fall into the harvester and
accelerate the wear of rubber pieces.
All these factors determine the using lifetime of the rubber star pieces.
YOU WILL NOT HANDLE THE PEELERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
WITHOUT HAVING MADE SURE THAT THE ENGINE OF THE TRACTOR IS
STOPPED, AND THAT ITS CONTACT KEY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE
DASHBOARD, IN ORDER TO PREVENT ANY UNEXPECTED STARTING
FROM HAPPENING. AN ACCIDENT WITH THE PEELER COULD CAUSE
VERY SERIOUS INJURIES.
THE ENGINE OF THE TRACTOR IS STOPPED, AND ITS CONTACT KEY HAS
BEEN REMOVED FROM THE DASHBOARD OF THE TRACTOR!
