Limit monitor 

Description 

You can activate a limit value indicator to monitor the PV. The limit value indicator contains 

two upper and two lower limits which you can parameterize. It reports a diagnostic warning 

when the lower end of the higher limits as well as the higher end of the lower limits are 

breached. It outputs a diagnostic alarm, if the upper higher limit of the lower bottom limit is 

breached.  

Select the menu command "3.8 Limiter" (Page 132).  
You can program the following values for the limit value indicator:
