Description
The range in front of the device (measured from the sensor reference point)
within which any echoes will be ignored. This is sometimes referred to as blank-
ing or a dead zone. The factory set range is dependent on the antenna type.
Values
Range: 0 to 20 m (0 to 65.6 ft)
Factory setting
Depends on the antenna:
•
0.3 m (1 ft), plus any shield length, from the sensor reference point

•
100 mm shield version default is 0.42 m (0.3 m plus 0.12 m from device
reference to the end of the shield)
