7.2.2.2
High calibration point (2.3.2.)
Description
Distance from sensor reference point
1)
to High Calibration Point. Units are de-
fined in Units (2.2.1.).
Values
0 to 20 m
Factory setting
0.00 m

parameters
Units (2.2.1.) (Page 99)
Near range (2.8.1.) (Page 110)
1)
The value produced by the echo processing which represents the distance from sensor
reference point to the target. For more details, refer to Sensor mode (2.2.2.) (Page 99).
Note
When setting the High Calibration Point value, echoes are ignored within Near Range. For
details, refer to Near range (2.8.1.) (Page 110).
7.2.2.3
Sensor offset (2.3.3.)
Description
Sensor Offset is a constant offset that can be added to or subtracted from sen-
sor value
1)
to compensate if the sensor reference point has shifted. For example,
this could result from adding a thicker gasket or reducing the standoff/nozzle
height. The units are defined in Units (2.2.1.) (Page 99).
Values
-99.999 to +99.999
Factory setting
0.00

7.2.3
Rate (2.4.)
7.2.3.1
Response rate (2.4.1.)
Response Rate sets the reaction speed of the device to measurement changes. Use a
setting just faster than the maximum filling or emptying rate (whichever is greater).
Note
Changing Response Rate resets Fill rate/min (2.4.2.) (Page 102), Empty rate/min (2.4.3.)
(Page 102) and Damping filter (2.2.4.) (Page 100).
