control frequency.

01-40 (P.219) = 0, the acceleration and deceleration time of the remote control frequency is the current acceleration
and deceleration time (the same as the acceleration and deceleration time of the output frequency);
When 01-40（P.219）= 1,
If 01-22（P.44）≠ 99999，01-23（P.45）= 99999，The acceleration time and deceleration of the remote control
frequency are both "01-22 (P.44) set value"；
If 01-22（P.44）≠ 99999，01-23（P.45）≠ 99999，The acceleration time of the remote control frequency is "01-22
(P.44) setting value", and the deceleration time is "01-23 (P.45) setting value"；
If 01-22（P.44）= 99999，the acceleration and deceleration time of the remote control frequency is the current
acceleration and deceleration time (the same as the acceleration and deceleration time of the output frequency)
