Most of the cooker’s parts are easy to remove
with a simple screwdriver, eventual repairs or
modifies will be faster if the concerned piece,
directly or by a dealer is sent to our factory.
If you need accessories or spare parts, please tell us the the serial number of the cooker in-
dicated in the green booklet given together
with the wood fired cooker. The serial number
is also indicated on a plate placed on the side
of the wood box.
4.13 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

During the use all the materials of the ther-
mal cooker are subjected to dilatation and
light moving due to the temperature varia-
tions. This phenomenon must not be pre-
vented otherwise deformations and brea- kings may occur. For this reason, the spaces
that allow the dilatation both internal and
external of the thermal cooker must be kept
free and clean.
