Do not print 3 colors, 4 colors at the same time. The toner will overflow from ITB
cleaning and PTR cleaning, and caused the toner drop on the media.

This procedure tries to find out the BEST output of the media, please re-perform toner
refresh
(page 2 step 5) in case IQ drop on the media is pointed out. For more detailed
technical background, please find Appendix 2 .
1. Register “Plain High-Roughness Wt*” from the master library depending on its weight in
your custom library and assign it to the tray in use.
Remark: In case of Textured media select “Plain_Textured Wt*”

- Master library version MUST be ver 3 or later
- Do NOT create a media from scratch.
- Do NOT select specific brand entry if it’s available in the master library.
