Apply the measured values to the following formula to calculate the SP input value.
•
formula: 500 + 109 x (E1-E2)
•
Example: If the values measured in Step 4 are: E1=10.2 mm, E2 =10mm
500 + 109 x (10.2-10.0)
= 500 + 109 x 0.2
= 500 + 21.8

Increase the value by approximately “11” per 0.1mm of skew of Side 2 to Side
1.

Restore the value to “10” (the value before adjustment) in the following SPs.

Verify the results by printing out the confirmation sheet with Auto Adjust Image Position
as done in Step 3. If results are unsatisfactory, repeat Step 4.
