SYMPTOM

Mottled effect appears on rough surfaced paper or textured paper or in jobs printed of
White toner as an undercoat.

CAUSE

Leo-2 uses a new toner, which tends to stick to the ITB very strongly to a degree that
hinders proper toner transfer to the media, especially if the surface of the media is rough.
