Do not execute SP2-109-003 -27 for all colors in once. Too much toner will go
into the ITB cleaning unit, which will overload
2. Do the “Cleaning the machine”
1. Clean the PCDU unit for all colors.
2. Clean the ITB cleaning unit.
3. Apply the Engine firmware Ver 1.621.07 or newer and do the “SP adjustment”
procedure below.

Set SP 3-820-022 (Toner refresh mode – Max job end pattern) to a value of ” 1000 ”.

Set SP 3-820-024 (Toner refresh mode – Job end pattern start threshold) to a value
of ” 1 ”.
Note : By applying the above SP, depends on the machine usage, took keep the toner
under good condition, toner refresh amount increases and it may affect the toner yield.
Note : Make sure the following SP values are set as below
