SYMPTOM
The wrong alert for PM part replacemnt is displayed.
CAUSE
The wrong SP was activated/set at the factory.
SOLUTION
Do the following at installation or next service visit:
1. Set
SP5-062-113
(Part Replacement Alert Display: Fuser Belt Smoothing Roller) to a
value of
“0”.
Note:
This will deactivate the alert.
2. Set
SP5-062-114
(Part Replacement Alert Display: Fuser Cleaning Unit) to a value of
“1”.
Note:
This will activate the alert.
