Before You Begin
1. Make sure to update all of the firmware up to date
Engine
Ver 1.621:07 or later
System Ver 4.02.1 or later
animation v1.04 or later
PaperSetting v2.02 or later
Media Library Ver 3 or later
2. Change the following 3 SP settings.
SP 3-820-022 Toner refresh mode: Max job end pattern 1000
SP 3-820-024 Toner refresh mode: JE pattern start threshold 1
SP 3-820-031 Toner refresh mode: toner refresh min amount -200
3. Change SP 2-703-xxx to SP 2-710-xxx with a debug cable / Teraterm.
See Appendix 1 for the instruction.
After the SP has changed, turn off and turn on the power of the main frame
4. Check if the black and white stations are in the original position.
5. Print the following 4 DQV pages to refresh the developer.
Page 6, 18, 21, 24 SRA3 (or A3) Simplex, 50 sheets, Collate On.

You can also do the toner refresh via SP mode on A4 duplex 60 sheets with;
